The walk will be at Parvati Hill, Parvati Paytha, Pune .
Date : 21st August 2016 , Time 8.00 am to 10.00 am
Parvati Hill is a hillock in Pune, India. The hillock rises to 2,100 feet (640 m) above sea level (It includes Punes MSL which is 560m from sea level, so effecitvely it’s 80m(263 feet) from ground base). Atop the hillock is the Parvati Temple, one of the most scenic locations in Pune. The temple is the oldest heritage structure in Pune and was built during the rule of the Peshwa dynasty. For visitors, Parvati hill is also an observation point that offers a panoramic view of Pune. It is the second highest point in Pune (after Vetal Hill). The hill has 103 steps leading to the top of the hill where the temple is situated.
We will finish our walk with a small photo discussion .

The walk will be at Mahathma Phule mandai ( fruit & Vegetable ) market .
Date : 07th August , Time 8.00 am to 10.00 am
Mahathma Phule Mandai is the biggest vegetable market in pune. It is located in heart of Pune in shukarwar peth area. The market’s main entrance is located on the road connecting shanipar to chattarpati shiva ji Road, it has eight entrances.
The market is located next to Tulsi Baugh which is another big market in pune. It supplies vegetables, fruits and articles for Pooja (Hindu worship). The market was built by the British government during the Indian pre-independence era.
It has about 526 stalls of fruits and vegetables. The market is always crowded because fruits and vegetable are available at lower cost than other places in the city, but is most crowded on weekends and holidays.
We will finish our walk with a small photo discussion .

In the month of August, we are again going to Spiti, to witness and capture the most beautiful monasteries, landscapes and the local people. Its going to be a six day trip. We will be going by road.

Itinerary
DAY 0: 09 th August Delhi to Manali
DAY 1: 10 th August Manali to Kaza (Night stay in hotel at Kaza)
DAY 2: 11 th August Ki and Khibbar Monastery
DAY 3: 12 th August Rangrik , Lanza and Comic
DAY 4: 13 th August Dhankar and Tabo
DAY 5: 14 th August Nightstay at Chandrataal
DAY 6: 15 th August Starting Back
DAY 7: 16 th August Reaching Delhi
Other Important Details
Stay: will be on twin sharing basis in a home stay environment.
Mode of travel: We will be traveling in an AC TEMPO traveller together.
Gear: You can carry tripods and wide angle lenses for cameras. Any camera is good for this trip so long as it digital. For yourself, please carry wollen cloths , comfortable shoes, take hats/caps, shades and sunscreen!
Fee (per person) : 17000 (including registration fee)
