Photography Workshop for Underprivileged Children
How many times we photography enthusiasts have capture the poverty and deprivation of street and underprivileged children in our cameras and walked away from the scene? The answer is-many times.

You are not alone, as we are also guilty of that.

This time, instead of photographing poverty as a subject, Delhi Photography Club is conducting a photography workshop for these underprivileged children. We are going to give them cameras, teach the basics and let them have fun. In the process, we believe they will express themselves creatively and will capture some happy memories of their surroundings. More importantly, it will give them an option to experience their creative side.

The workshop will end with an exhibition of their work at a gallery.

Our workshop for May was done with Swati School, Kanak Durga Basti, RK Puram.

The upcoming workshop is planned with Laksh Foundation in a school in the Mewat, Gurgaon region.

If you are an NGO wanting us to do a similar workshop for your beneficiaries, please contact us giving your details
